I think Patsy's in Brooklyn is overrated, as is Tavern On the Green. Hard Rock is Hard Rock, as it is everywhere. For a good and
"all you can eat pasta" restaurant in Times Square area, try Becco's on West 46th St. It is crowded before 8:00 p.m. (theatre time) and a reservation would be wise.
